Our passion is to help children learn the skills and techniques of all four swim strokes while building their endurance to help benefit them in competitive swimming, fitness, or cross-training, Which one fits you?

Must be able to swim 25 yards Freestyle and 25 yards Backstroke

The best thing anyone can do to stay safe in and around the water is to learn to swim. Keep your child's swimming skills in shape by swimming all year round.

Participants must be able to swim 25 yard freestyle (one length of the pool) without stopping. This program is geared towards recreational adult swimmers and triathletes.

Certified American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructors teaches you the skills you need to become a certified lifeguard.
Prerequisite Swimming:
- Must be at least 15 years of age by the end of the course.
- Must be able to swim 300 yards continuously demonstrating breath control and rhythmic breathing. May swim front crawl or breaststroke. Swim goggles allowed.
- Must tread water for 2 minutes using only legs.
- Must swim 20 yards, dive 7 feet, retrieve a 10lb brick, return on your back to the starting point keeping the brick above water, and exit the pool within 1 minute 40 seconds.

If you are planning to work for PARA this summer, you must have submitted a PARA Employment Application to receive the class for only $100.

American Red Cross Re certification Course re certifies those who have already been certified in the American Red Cross Life guarding Course. For those whose certification is close to the expiring or no more than 30 days from the expiration date.
