Beginner: This program is for players new to tennis or who have played very infrequently over the years. You will learn basic stroke mechanics and technique, grips, scoring, positioning, and court terminology.


Intermediate: This clinic is for anyone at the intermediate or advanced level. These clinics focus on a combination of technical, tactical, and game based drills and games.

This clinic is for men rated 3.0 - 4.5 and women rated 4.0 and above. Work on all your strokes in a fast-paced environment with a combination of singles and doubles drills and games.
HIT (High Intensity Tennis) training clinic created to help players develop and strengthen their strokes, reaction and stamina. HIT focuses on getting players to HIT tons of balls, burn calories, react, receive and sweat.

Play Smarter Not Harder.
We all know that there is lot more to the game of tennis than just physical skills. It also takes intellectual and emotional ability to play the game well. This clinic will address all 3 aspects. Each week we will focus on certain IQ (Intelligence Quotient) and EQ (Emotional Intelligence/Quotient) attributes and incorporating them into your physical game. The clinic is designed for intermediate to advanced players. This clinic will be offered on Wednesdays from 6:00-7:30pm, will be lead by Mike Goldammer and is limited to 12 players.
