Birth certificates are required for youth sports participation.

If you do not have a birth certificate on file, you may submit here.

Please allow 1-2 business days for verification. You will be contacted via email when the birth certificate has been verified and you can register your child.  If you need immediate assistance, please call or visit any PARA Activity Center.

PARA4Life Bingo - 903419

In addition to playing bingo, participants will receive light refreshments. Participants pay $5 for the initial bingo card and can then pay $1 for each additional card (up to 3)
