Our passion is to help children learn the skills and techniques of all four swim strokes while building their endurance to help benefit them in competitive swimming, fitness, or cross-training, Which one fits you?

Must be able to swim 25 yards Freestyle and 25 yards Backstroke

The best thing anyone can do to stay safe in and around the water is to learn to swim. Keep your child's swimming skills in shape by swimming all year round.

Participants must be able to swim 25 yard freestyle (one length of the pool) without stopping. This program is geared towards recreational adult swimmers and triathletes.

The program is design for children 6 year old and up. Each coaching session is one hour long. Participants will continue to chisel freestyle and backstroke, learn starts and flip turns in all strokes, and introduction to butterfly and breaststroke.
Coaching will occur mostly from the deck.

This class emphasizes water safety, survival and fundamental swimming concepts. Participants will learn skills that will help them feel comfortable so they can enjoy the water safely.
